Panel discussion. Neutrality and Security (incl. admission)

So 30.03.2025 14:00 – 15:30

The event will examine the close connection between neutrality and security policy in Switzerland, particularly in the context of military conflicts. It will discuss how or whether an active foreign and security policy can be shaped in harmony with neutrality. This raises the question of how Switzerland can maintain its independence while at the same time cooperating internationally and supporting the UN. Experts such as Angelo Gnädinger, Katja Gentinetta and Marcel Berni will contribute different perspectives, while Priscilla Imboden will moderate the event. The discussion series addresses the changing meaning of neutrality in the context of global politics and brings together expertise from the worlds of art, politics and science. Each event highlights a specific topic related to neutrality.
